Supported Transitional Housing
Stepping Stone operates a 4-Plex which provides 4 units of shared housing for people living with a mental health issue.
Participants are responsible for paying rent, purchasing their own groceries, preparing their own meals, and the up-keep of their unit.
They also receive individualized support from a Community Support Worker.
Enhanced Supported Housing
Rainbow Program is an enhanced supported housing program that provides support for 25 individuals who live in their own apartments, have subsidized rent and access to daily staff support.
Support services include medication monitoring, in-suite support, leisure and education support, information about community resources and a meal program.
“The Rainbow Program is a place that has improved my health, well-being and makes me feel safe.”
Stepping Stone together with its sister society West Fraser Housing operates Arbour Creek Estates, which provides 33 units of affordable housing for individuals and low-income families.
“We are all very lucky to have wonderful homes and our own little neighborhood.”
